- As a possible option you might try selecting: Settings/Control
- Panel/Modems/Properties/Connection/Advanced. In the "Extra Settings"
- area you can enter a modem command string that will be sent to your
- modem after all the Windows 95 built-in settings have been sent.
- Start with &F (or equivalent) to reset to your modem manufacturers
- defaults. After the &F you can enter whatever custom commands you
- want. I find this to be an easy way to expiriment with different init
- settings under Windows 95.
